27th Annual Juried Experimental Art Exhibit

September 7 to October 29, 2018 

ART EXHIBIT 

 April 1 - Intake for the 27th Annual Juried Exhibition begins on Cafe 
-Paid members will receive a discount on entry fee.
-Runyan Gallery charges 35% commission.

 June 15 - Intake on Cafe’ ends

 June 30 - Jurying completed by our juror Ruth Armitage. 

 June 30 to July 4 -Results and shipping instructions will be sent to all artists who entered via email.

 August 23 to 30, 2018 - Work to be shipped to Newport, Oregon 

 Sept. 4, Noon to 3:30pm - Hand deliveries accepted at VAC

 Sept. 5 & 6 - Work will be hung

 Sept. 6 - Juried for awards by Ruth Armitage. 
    - Award winners notified by phone or email ASAP

 Sept 7 & Oct 5, 2018 - OCCA/VAC -Runyan Gallery – first Friday openings 

 Sept. 22, 4:00-6:30pm - ISEAs Reception, Awards, and Juror talk  

 October 28 - Exhibition Closes 

 October 29 - Work will be returned to the artists. 

  -Pick up of hand deliveries from 11am-2pm

 Awards and images will be posted on SmugMug site. 

 Award winners will be displayed on the ISEA web site.

Juror for ISEA Experimental Art Exhibit:
RUTH ARMITAGE





Ruth Armitage is a Signature Member of the National Watercolor Society, Rocky Mountain National Watermedia, California Watercolor Association and the Northwest Watercolor Society. The Watercolor Society of Oregon has awarded her its Outstanding Service Award and she served as its first Delegate to the Western Federation of Watercolor Societies.

You can find Ruth’s work at the Portland Art Museum’s Rental Sales Gallery and Mary Lou Zeek Gallery. Ruth is a seasoned instructor and has juried several local and state exhibitions. She enjoys sharing the creative process in the classroom and watching light bulbs come on in her students eyes.

Ruth and her husband Marc maintain a small farm and studio in rural Oregon City.
